To advocate for individuals age 60+ and adults living with disabilities, and assist them in securing needed services or benefits, live with dignity and security, and achieve maximum independence and quality of life.

To provide older adult and people with physical or developmental/intellectual disabilities the resources needed to live with dignity and security and to achieve maximum independence and quality of life. The goal of the Aging and Disability Resource Center is to empower individual to make informed choices and to streamline access to the right and appropriate services and supports.

Assistance Dogs of the West (ADW) builds successful working partnerships between clients and dogs that empower people and open doors to new opportunities.

In 2009, individuals with disabilities and their families in LOV Inc. worked together to identify a major barrier to creating fulfilling, community-centered lives. They realized they needed someone to help build a bridge into community life. Based on a desire to be valued members of a community marked by self-direction, independence, and meaningful relationships, the Bridge Builder Project was established.

CAMP is a restorative weekend retreat is designed for those who love and guide individuals on the Autism spectrum. The workshop is based 'Uniquely Human' author, Dr. Barry Prizant’s 'Reflecting on the Journey'.

We provide community mental health and day service programs for Rock County and the surrounding areas. Our day program starts at 4th grade and goes up until age 30 to help ease the transition phase of young adulthood and being able to stay with the same familiar faces. We focus on our communities and building relationships!

Custom Canines Owner Trainer Academy (CCOTA) is a unique and innovative program offered to individuals living with disabilities who wish to train their own service dog. Students will be guided through a customized training curriculum with Custom Canines service dog instructors offering mentoring, coaching and advocacy for each dog and student team.
