We provide support, education and advocacy to individuals with Autism, their families and the community in south central and south western WI.

We provide community mental health and day service programs for Rock County and the surrounding areas. Our day program starts at 4th grade and goes up until age 30 to help ease the transition phase of young adulthood and being able to stay with the same familiar faces. We focus on our communities and building relationships!

Community Coordinated Child Care, Inc. (4-C) is part of a network of accredited, non-profit Wisconsin Child Care Resource & Referral agencies and Family Resource Centers providing advocacy and support services for child care in various counties. The agency strives to ensure that every child has access to high quality early care and education through integrated support and expertise.
